Cette chanson raconte l’histoire d’une femme qui, après avoir subi des violences de la part de son mari, décide de prendre les choses en main en s’inscrivant à des cours de karaté. Lorsque son mari rentre chez lui après une soirée arrosée, il ne se doute pas qu'elle a acquis des compétences lui permettant de riposter. Au fil des mois, elle devient de plus en plus forte, jusqu'à ce qu'elle se confronte à lui, réussissant à le maîtriser et à lui montrer qu'elle n'est plus une proie. Ce récit met en lumière le thème de l’émancipation et du courage face à l’adversité, tout en abordant des questions sensibles comme la violence conjugale.
